All I'm going to say is: Shadow's hand is missing, the spines look a bit out of place in some areas, the rocks or whatever they are are very boring/confusing and this isn't a scene from a sonic game, which is probably why it didn't make the top 20.
But other than that, 82%=fav

All the shadows and lighting on Shadow looks amazing. I love how u also made light come from his shoes and his chaos spear
Shadows expression is sooo good. It really fits with the title.
The background is great! I like how u made the GUN airplanes, also the way they r both pointing towards Shadow makes him even more the center of attention. So, good composition.
The city looks good too with all the lights :3 maybe there are only a bit too much stars.
But... this is art so.. u can do whatever u like with that and the stars make the drawing also even more interesting so... It's good. ^^
